Super Negin Saffron (Super Negin Export)
One of the best grades of saffron is Negin Poshal (Super Negin Export). Due to the effort and more cost of processing and its shift process, it is produced less frequently each year and also more expensive than other types of saffron.
Negin Saffron is similar to pushal saffron, with the exception of having thicker stigma filaments than crustal, with higher crocin content (pigmentation of about 250) as well as higher safranal. One 100 kg of saffron flower yields approximately 1 kg of Super Negative Saffron.
Appearance
• Not all Red and dark

Negin saffron
Negin saffron is one of the best varieties of saffron that is very similar to poushal saffron in shape and properties. Negin saffron has a lower volume than Poushal Saffron and has a higher quality than Sargol saffron.

• Crocin (about 250) and safranal levels is Higher than the others
• The strands are shorter and finer
Bunch Saffron (DASTEH)
One of the ancient species is called dokhtar-peech. Saffron bunch is the main and base type of saffron, in which we put together all parts of the saffron flower.
Bunch saffron is a set of complete bunches of saffron flowers (cream and stigma).
Saffron bunch is a full stomach flower of saffron, which includes heads of flowers, jeweled, rosary and part of the roots respectively, and the color of its upper parts is red and the color of the lower sections is inclined to white

Konj or white Saffron
When we remove sargol from the bunch, its root or white part is known as kanj or white saffron in Iran, which cannot be considered as saffron, but because of its beautiful appearance and color and also because it cannot be considered a fake, it is considered.
Saffron root generally lacks crocin or the saffron pigment, but has a similar flavor to saffron, although it has no color.
Saffron flower
The saffron flower functions as the principal component of saffron. The time frame in which the saffron flower is obtainable for purchase extends from the 15th of October to the 15th of December on an annual basis.
Encased within the saffron flower are the most fresh saffron filaments, consisting of both the cream and stigma.
The saffron flower is utilized in various contexts, encompassing household applications and as a beverage.
